We got back from Houston and just got moving in. I made my first pie, which wasn't very pretty, but was tasty. I don't actually have a rolling pin and didn't remember until I was stirring together the dough for the crust. Luckily the people before us in the apartment left a big, plastic heavy-duty cup.
We had an open house last Sunday. It was nice to see friends and family. We had a regular open house for the most part, except when no real adults were around and someone brought popcorn and a slingshot :)
