Theo loves swimming and can say, "Swim, pool."
We try to give him lots of opportunity to swim, and our friends help.
He got to go swimming with me, my mom, and my grandma twice this week. My grandma was up visiting after David got married.
We also have photos from a few weeks ago when Scott and Stephanie and their toddler came swimming. Yay swimming and friends!
And then today we went to a birthday party for Rachel's daughter who is turning 1 on Monday, just like me (only I'm a little older than 1).
Theo got his first shot at a pinata, but didn't understand. He just wanted to play with the water fountain or get back in the pool. I think Theo spent more time in the pool during the party than anyone else. However, when the candy came out of the pinata and he got help unwrapping a star burst, he thought that was the best thing ever.
He got really cuddly at the end of the party and so we left so he could nap.
This afternoon I had to drop some books at the library. Theo cried out, "Puzzles!" and led me to the puzzles in the children's section. He certainly knows his way around.
He is saying some phrases now, including, "Daddy missing," "Daddy come," "No rice," and "milk all gone."

This night I was making dinner and he was really fussy so I stopped and rocked him . . . and he fell asleep at 5:45 p.m.

So cute!

Sometimes a walk in the stroller is the only way to get him to sleep. Dog can come too if he rides -- the pavement is too hot to walk on
